We are just back from our very best family holiday ever! We cannot recommend Le Sarrail enough. Our children ( aged 17yrs/6yrs/4yrs) did not look at TV or an iPhone screen even once while we were away as the magic of this place organically nurtures you by being immersed in the most beautiful of backdrops and the owners have seamlessly integrated bespoke children’s tree houses/pirate ship/swings and children’s play areas into the domain respectfully…..it was like being back in an Enid Blyton story for our little ones! The pool with its super cool yet tasteful inflatables allowed our teenager feel fabulous as she too embraced the magnificent views whilst topping up a tan. The houses themselves are outstanding, designed with exquisite taste and attention to detail that’s second to none….every single thing you may think of, trust me, Becky has thought of it already!

A welcome pack that blows your mind as it makes you feel like you are literally coming ” home” coupled with the most delightful of hosts in Becky and Phil and you really won’t beat this place for style, comfort, thoughtfulness, magic, serenity and complete escapism. As if that wasn’t enough, our children enjoyed kids club 2 mornings a week where they learned a little French did lots of arts and crafts and even dressed up as pirates for a treasure hunt on the domain and the best bit is that they are still right beside you so they and you, feel utterly safe and relaxed. We had the best fun ourselves when we enjoyed a wine tasting and tapas night on site ( or “grown ups club” as our children called it!) with a few other guests from the other houses and again what’s lovely about this is that we were still on site and close by our children if needed so you really can relax.

Massage and beauty treatments which had been pre-booked were also fabulous and a welcome retreat for the mums ( aka: “mummy club”….. can you see a pattern here?!!)….honestly Becky and Phil have genuinely thought of everything to ensure you have the most perfect, family friendly, blissfully bespoke retreat so that the primary focus can be on switching off, relaxing and making magical memories together. Don’t take my word for it, BOOK! Go see for yourself…..I can guarantee you will not regret it. ( But save 2 weeks in one of the houses for us as we’re coming back!!).
